Underwriting is for organizations whose brands, products, solutions service-delivery are aligned with Digital Infrastructure 4.0 and their own thought leadership in Resilient + Sustainable Digital Infrastructure 4.0 at EVERY scope and scale.
The Digital Infrastructure 4.0 (DI4.0) industry will be continuously tested globally for its capacity for resiliency to enable the digitalization scaling and growth era of new wealth and prosperity creation, in the same moment we begin the journey toward Net-Zero, Circularity and Climate Positivity as quickly and as sure-footedly as possible. Resilience + Sustainability -- that, in a nutshell is the focus and foundation of GCDC Symposia Series and its collaborative Underwriting / Sponsorship participation for the 2022 GCDCS Program.
Both digital resiliency and sustainability, for the era of global digital transformation, are still at relatively early market-defining stages in a turbulent growth period. To say that they are pre-competitive may not be accurate, but to say that the DI4.0 industry needs to come together as a more open, cooperative and collaborative community really is the truth of it.
THREE-LAYER FOCUS - GCDC Symposia Series Programs:
At the TOP LAYER, Digital Transformation + Industry 4.0 (the 4IR) of the global economy is now well- underway. According to a recent analysis by Statista: "...in 2018, digitally transformed enterprises accounted for $13.5 trillion...global...GDP, (and) in 2023 they are forecast to account for $53.3 trillion U.S. dollars, more than half of the overall (global) nominal GDP." By its nature, digital transformation reduces, significantly, carbon emissions and embodied GHG. With concerted effort and investment direction, according to an Accenture/World Economic Forum report, in just three industry sectors (energy, materials, transportation), the rapid scaling of Digital Transformation can account for a 20% reduction in carbon/GHG, along with achieving greater profitability. To do this requires the next layer, a sustainability transformation of the data center and the full digital infrastructure technology stack.
At the MIDDLE LAYER, Digital Infrastructure 4.0 is the primary enabler of the TOP LAYER. Industry 4.0 technology adoption across all economic and social sectors at scale conspire to reduce GHG while contributing significant economic growth to the economy than in previous industrial economy transformations. A full understanding of the global growth of Digital Infrastructure and its fast-changing, complex capital markets requirements is critical
At the FOUNDATION LAYER, Resilient + Sustainable fully-converged-stack Digital Infrastructure Transformation (the origin and intent) of DI4.0) creates the foundation and platform that makes possible, enables and supports Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0. The WEF/Accenture report makes the point that this industry -- upon which the Future Digital World relies must itself strive for both global "never-fail" reliability and net-zero sustainability and circularity.
Resiliency + Sustainability both present one of those rare moments when marketing objectives are perfectly aligned with industry-led solutions. The ESG Impact of those solutions become the marketing stories themselves. GCDCS and its parent, the SmartNations Foundation Climate 4.0 Project exist to help find and tell those stories.
GCDCS is a showcase for deep, future-digital subject matter expertise in technology, design engineering, development, and green capital markets.
GCDCS embraces a transformational "deep-dive" design-thinking approach to the daunting "lifts" before the industry.
Opportunity for Underwriters to participate in community-building, networking and lead-generation with a global delegates and the GCDCS Communities of Practice (CoP) participants.
The GCDCS Program format offers an extended, multi-month engagement cycle timeframe. Underwriters participate, fully and collaboratively, in every stage of the research, content development and delivery from the beginning of continuous cross-media knowledge-sharing content and media program, to the global livestream and onsite Symposium Week in December and beyond.
Underwriters participate with subject matter expert contribution to content and branding at every stage of research, reports, papers, case briefs, webinars, and podcasts from the moment that they join the GCDCS community. The knowledge-sharing work of GCDCS22 formally begins September 1 and continuous to and through Symposium Week, onsite at MIP and All-Canada/global livestreaming into 2023.
